Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your name, email and password (handled by Firebase Authentication), and the profile details you choose to add: role, class year, position, jersey number, major, hometown, city and state, company, title, industry, experience, education, military service, skills, topics, honors, LinkedIn, bio and photo. We also store the posts, comments, jobs, trips, events, requests, connections and messages you create, and the members and companies you block.

Who can see it

• Your team. Members of your own team can see your profile and what you post. You can hide yourself from your team's directory in Edit profile.
• Messages. Direct messages are visible only to the two people in them; group messages only to the group.
• Email and phone. Kept in a private record, shared only with people you accept (a contact request, a connection, or an employer's request).
• The TeamsLegacy network (optional, off by default). If you turn it on, members of other teams can see a profile card with your name, team, school, class, position, headline, work, education, skills, city and state, and military service, and can ask to connect.
• Employers (optional, off by default). If you turn on "Visible to employers", companies we've approved and that have an active plan can see that same card and send you requests about roles.

How it's stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in the United States. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use third-party tracking.

Admins

Your team's admins can manage the team, change member roles, remove members, and read reports members file. They can't see your private contact record or which employers contacted you.

Deleting your data

Delete your account from You → Delete account. This removes your profile, your network card and your login. Posts and messages you sent may remain visible to the people you shared them with.

Children

TeamsLegacy isn't intended for anyone under 17.
